My flickr photostream contains a lot more of my images than you'll see on this site, and it represents my photography journey since 2008.
When looking back, there are some that would not make the grade today, whether that be quality, content, composition etc. my tastes have changed too. If I was a bit more concerned about my photography persona, I may have deleted a few. That doesn't mean to say they are bad images. What time has taught me is that I'm not always the best judge of my images, and I hate the thought of deleting an image that someone else might enjoy.
I haven't done so for a few reasons. I have in the past been happy to shoot whatever took my fancy, as I considered that I had a steep learning curve to get through to develop the craft. I'm unlikely to ever consider my photography journey to be complete. There's always improvements to make, whether that be composition, or post-processing.
I still see myself as being in a learning phase, even to this day.
There's always that matter of taste too.
